Local Delivery & Pickup

 

Gorilla Pool Service proudly serves customers throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

 

Free Local Pickup

 

Many products are available for free local pickup in the Las Vegas area. Customers will be contacted when their order is ready for pickup.

 

Local Delivery

 

Local delivery is available for many products and pool supplies within our service area. Delivery availability and scheduling may vary based on product size, inventory availability, and delivery location.

Customers may contact us at (702) 325-9175 to confirm delivery eligibility and scheduling.

 

Equipment Installation

 

For eligible products, professional installation services are available. Installation fees, scheduling, and requirements will be discussed before service is performed.

 

Processing Times

 

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, manufacturer inventory, seasonal demand, and installation scheduling requirements.

Customers will be notified if an item is backordered or unavailable.

 

Shipping Outside of the Las Vegas Area

 

Certain products may include manufacturer or third-party shipping options. In some cases, product listings may provide external shipping resources or manufacturer fulfillment options. Shipping rates, delivery times, and policies for these shipments are determined by the applicable shipping provider.

 

Delivery Inspection

 

Customers are encouraged to inspect all products upon delivery or pickup.

Any visible damage, missing items, or shipping concerns should be reported to Gorilla Pool Service within 48 hours of receiving the order.

 

Delays

 

Delivery times are estimates only. Gorilla Pool Service is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Manufacturer backorders

  • Carrier delays

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

 

Shipping Restrictions

 

Certain chemicals, oversized equipment, or specialty products may be restricted from shipment due to manufacturer requirements, carrier regulations, or local laws.

Some products may be available only for local pickup or local delivery.
